Kundalini Yoga meditation  to remove stuck energies seated at the heart centre.

This is short yet effective practice that will allow you to move beyond what you believe you are able to achieve. You will feel  like a heavy weight has been removed from your shoulders and you are back into your power! Kundalini yoga involves rapid vigorous breathing, repetitive body movements, mantras and mudras.
